1. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
Unused, unaltered, and in the same condition as received
All original tags, dust bags, and packaging included
No signs of wear, odor, or custom modifications
Non‑returnable items include:
Custom or personalized orders
Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout)
Items purchased during promotional events where “all sales final” is stated
3. Original Leather Characteristics
Because each Mocuir bag is handmade from genuine leather, natural variations in grain, texture, color, and subtle markings are inherent to the material. These characteristics are not defects and do not qualify as a reason for return or exchange. We celebrate the unique beauty of every piece.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If your bag arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, after review.
5. How to Initiate a Return

Our team will provide a return authorization and the return shipping address.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a verified defect or our error.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order. This ensures the quickest availability of your desired item.
8. International Returns
For international returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Mocuir is not liable for lost international returns.
