1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) unless otherwise noted on the product page.

 

As each Mocuir bag is handmade or meticulously inspected before shipment, processing times may occasionally extend during peak seasons or limited-edition releases. We will notify you if any significant delay occurs.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Available options may include:

7. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

 

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please first check with neighbors or your local carrier.

 

Mocuir is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. For lost-in-transit cases, we will work with the carrier to locate the package or file a claim on your behalf.

 

9. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain expedited services. Some countries may have restrictions on leather goods; please verify that your destination allows such imports before placing an order.
