Handmade Nature: All Mocuir products are handmade with original leather. Due to the artisanal process, dimensions, finish, and color may vary slightly from the images shown on our website. These variations do not constitute defects.

 

Availability: All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

 

Pricing: All prices are listed in the currency specified on the website. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, though such changes will not affect orders already placed.

Order Acceptance: After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This does not signify acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, payment issues, or stock unavailability.

We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied, please review our policy:

 

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated.

 

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging and tags attached. Final sale items, custom orders, and personalized bags cannot be returned.

 

Original Leather: Minor natural markings, grain variations, or subtle color shifts are inherent to original leather and do not qualify as defects.

 

Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or with a verified manufacturing defect.

 

Refunds: Once the returned item is inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
